We appreciate not everyone is comfortable sharing others' contact details or may not have the opportunity to check with them right now. Instead can we send you a letter that you can pass along to your partner which contains information about their possible participation in our short survey so that they can decide?
If they take part, we will send you and your partner a £20 gift voucher each to say thank you.
