If you are a new user our main Study User Guide will give you an introduction to the study. You can also follow the Pathway to Understanding Society, which guides new data users through the dataset and highlights the resources and support available to help you.   

The User Support Forum is a place where you can ask specific questions or seek help from our user support team. Understanding Society user support staff monitor the Forum Monday to Friday throughout the year and the Forum also has information about questions that have been asked in the past.
