Every time you complete your Understanding Society interview you should receive a Love2shop gift card. If you have any issues with your gift card, please see our Q&As below first and then if the issue is not resolved, please contact us.
How do I use my gift card?
The gift card that you received in the mail is pre-activated, so you can use it straight away. If your transaction is greater than the value of the card, you’ll need to pay the difference by another method before the card is swiped in the shop.

You can use up to three gift cards in any transaction. If you don’t spend the full amount on the card, please keep a note of remaining balance as shops do not have access to this information. You can check your balance on the Love2Shop website.
Why won’t my gift card work?
It can take up to five working days for your gift card to be activated after you have completed your interview. If it’s still not valid after that time, please call 0800 015 2908.

Do the gift cards expire?
Yes, please spend your gift card within 12 months.
Can I give my gift card to someone else?
Yes, if you are not going to use your gift card, you can give it to someone else as a gift.
Can I send my gift card back?
If you do not want to receive a gift card, please contact us and we can accept returned gift cards.
